The rent collection and payment processing system described above is a planned feature of Tentunit and is not currently active. While listing subscriptions ($25/month) are available, automated rent transactions, payouts, and in-platform rent management are in development and will be launched in a future update.
Users will be notified prior to activation, and full details — including updated processing terms, compliance notes, and tax documentation — will be provided before any rent-related payment functionality goes live.
